Leading with a passion for precision: With over 20 years of experience in building and joinery, Ben Wood brings not only expertise but also inspiring leadership to Crest Joinery. Since joining the company in 2003, his meticulous approach to detailed joinery has become a hallmark of Crest’s craftsmanship. Ben has played a key role in many prestigious projects across the Gold Coast and Brisbane, taking immense pride in exceeding client expectations on every build. His dedication ensures that the final product meets not only his own high standards, but leaves a lasting impression on our clients.

Working with Crest since 2007, Lachlan plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the business and managing our projects. He excels at connecting and consulting with clients, guiding them with his professional input and transforming their desires into reality. Lachlan is a problem-solver, adept at tackling even the most difficult projects. He is also our in-house expert in joinery machine programming, drafting, and utilizing the latest technology to create bespoke luxury cabinetry and furniture.
